Disclaimer and Warranty

In this Policy, “Hydro Auto Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Hydro Auto Tech Pty Ltd (ACN  690 877 331).

Hydro Auto Tech produces and supplies hydrogen generators solely for the purpose of enhancing the fuel systems of internal combustion engines. These products are not designed, intended, or approved for any other use.

Use, installation, modification, or operation of Hydro Auto Tech products for any purpose other than the specified application is strictly prohibited and may create dangerous conditions. Hydro Auto Tech disclaims all liability for damage, injury, loss, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or operation outside the intended scope.

Products must be installed and serviced as defined in the operation and instruction manual and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations. Hydro Auto Tech makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding fitness for any purpose other than enhancing internal combustion engine fuel systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydro Auto Tech’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products as provided in the company’s written warranty.

The product warranty period is 2 years from the date of manufacture, but damages caused by human error, accidents, improper use (including but not limited to the addition of non-recommended water, vehicle maintenance affecting the normal use of the product for reasons other than the product itself), and force majeure are not within the warranty scope.
